Here at Big 4 we know people want the flexibility to build an affordable home where and how they want it. When you buy a used house or buy from other builder’s houses it always involves compromise. The vision for out company is designing and building fully custom affordable homes the way our customers want; at a price and quality level no other builders is delivering.

Tobey Plaunty – Owner

While Big 4 Construction is a relatively new company Tobey has over 15 years of building experience. From an early age Tobey has exhibited a passion for construction. Tobey got his start in residential construction while working part time in several trades with his family while still in high School. He attended Kingman High School and went on to earn his Bachelors Degree in Construction Management with a minor in business from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona. Tobey is also a Certified Associate Constructor through the American Institute of Constructors.
