Getting Started

You don’t need to be a building expert to start your project us at Big 4 Construction. We will provide our expertise to achieve exactly the results you want in your home. Here are a few basics to get you started in your new home:

1. Your Home Financing
   Although it is not necessary to have your financing secured before meeting with us, it is valuable to review your finances and consider how much you are willing to invest in your new home.
2. Your custom home design Whether you have a fully designed set of plans, a napkin sketch or just your vision, we will work with you to develop a design. Call us and we will set up a meeting.
3. Your Home Location We will meet with you to discuss your project even if you don’t currently own a lot. We can assist you in finding your perfect setting. If you own a lot and are not sure if its ready to build we can assist you in getting it ready to build.
